These Terms of Service and Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") are concluded between the CalenFox platform (the "Platform", the "Service") and the natural or legal person registering on the platform (the "User", "you").
The Platform is an online scheduling service through which individuals can create their own booking profile and third parties can send booking requests to that profile.
A person may hold only one active account. Creating a new account after a block or termination is prohibited.
The Platform may only be used for legitimate professional or commercial appointment management. Examples of permitted use:
You are solely responsible for all content you publish on your profile (including your biography, service descriptions, photographs and booking notes).
You represent and warrant that your content:
Should you act contrary to these representations, any resulting civil and criminal liability rests with you.
CalenFox reserves the right to remove or block access to any content without prior notice.
Once onboarding is complete, your profile page (calenfox.com/your-username) becomes publicly accessible. The information shown there (name, title, biography, working hours) will be available to anyone over the internet.
You can hide your profile from the settings at any time, or delete your account.
Visitors who create a booking request from a user's profile page:
Where visitor abuse is detected, an IP block may be applied and legal proceedings may be initiated.
Your account may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice in the following cases:
For other breaches, a warning and an opportunity to remedy are given first; the account is closed only if necessary.
You may delete your account from the settings section at any time. Deletion is completed within 30 days. During that period your account remains accessible; if you change your mind, you may cancel the deletion request.
Upon termination your profile page and booking data are deleted. Data covered by statutory retention obligations is anonymised and kept for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform is provided "as is". CalenFox does not warrant that the Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical problems.
CalenFox is not a party to the user–visitor relationships that take place through the Platform. The content of appointments, pricing, service quality and any disputes arising between the parties fall outside CalenFox's responsibility.
You are liable for the direct damages CalenFox incurs as a result of your breach of this Agreement. CalenFox's liability for indirect, special or consequential damages is limited to the extent permitted by law.
The Platform's software, design, logo and brand belong to CalenFox; they may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
The intellectual property rights in the content you publish on your profile remain yours. By uploading content to the Platform you grant CalenFox a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right of use for the purpose of operating the Service.
Details of how your personal data is processed are set out in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement. For material changes, notice is sent to the email address linked to your account at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the Platform after such notice means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, you may close your account.
This Agreement is governed by Turkish law. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.
For users resident in the EU/EEA, rights arising from consumer protection provisions are reserved, and the mandatory consumer law of their country of residence may apply.
